Savor the colors and fragrance of freshly collected native flowers from across the state: asters, lilies, ocotillo, orchids, poppies, primrose, sage, thistle, and wild ginger. Learn how to plant and preserve California’s native plants in home gardens.

The Annual California Wildflower Show is organized by the Oakland Museum of California with the California Native Plant Society; the UC Berkeley Jepson Herbarium; the UC Botanical Garden. The show is presented with the support of the East Bay Municipal Utility District, the Natural Sciences Guild, and members of the museum.

Museum admission is $8 for adults, $5 seniors and students with ID, and free for museum members, kids five and under, and Oakland city employees.
