To book a school tour, see the "Book A School Tour" tab above to make an online reservation or print out the Reservation Form below and fax or mail it in. Qualifying scholarship forms will be accepted by fax or mail only. At this time we have awarded all of our available bus scholarships for the 2012-13 school year. Teachers interested in scheduling self-guided visits should also submit a reservation request (by making an Online Reservation or by the paper form).
OMCA began accepting reservation forms for the 2012-2013 school year on September 4, 2012. Due to overwhelming demand some of our programs and tours are currently full, but we are accepting requests to be put on a wait-list.
